This role sits at the intersection of product, field operations, and validation. You will become Intelic's deepest operational expert on Nexus, make sure our training reflects real-world usage, and act as the link between what happens in the field and how we develop and deliver the product.
Become the go-to Nexus expert within Field Operations — across all features, platforms, and configurations
Design and deliver Nexus training for operators and end users, including Ukrainian units, Dutch MoD and NATO partners — from foundational operator skills to advanced scenario-based exercises
Build local capability that lasts. Run train-the-trainer programs so units can keep training themselves, assess whether training actually changed outcomes, and iterate — so Intelic's reach scales without scaling headcount.
Own adoption for your assigned MoD’s and units. Design and run adoption activities that fit its operational and cultural context, understand what drives and blocks operator engagement and data contribution, and use that to improve both.

Develop hands-on proficiency across multiple UAV platforms relevant to Intelic's portfolio, and stay current on how they are actually employed in active conflict — the TTPs and countermeasures that shape real use.

We are looking for a Security Engineer to join our Product Adoption team — the team responsible for making Nexus deployable, reliable, and operationally ready in the hands of real users.
You will be embedded in the Product Adoption team, working alongside Software and DevOps Engineers to harden Nexus from the inside out. This team owns the final step between generic software and field-ready product: deployment pipelines, service orchestration, Windows installers, monitoring, and crash recovery. Security is woven into that work, not bolted on after. This includes:
• Helping engineering teams build secure-by-default systems
• Hardening APIs and authentication for externally exposed surfaces

Continue to built on a clean, reliable HR admin foundation — contracts, processes, and our internal knowledge base all in order and easy to navigate
Run your first onboarding sessions and made new joiners feel genuinely welcomed from day one
Identified and implemented at least one meaningful automation or workflow improvement that saves the team real time
Own the HR lifecycle day-to-day: drafting contracts and addendums, managing HR tickets, and keeping our internal HRIS (buddee) accurate and up to date
Host monthly onboarding sessions for new joiners, making sure everyone feels welcomed and set up for success from day one
Be one of the faces of HR in the Amsterdam office — the go-to person for employees with questions on policy, benefits, and local regulations
Support the Ukrainian team with HR queries, making sure they receive the same quality of guidance and feel just as connected to Intelic's processes and culture
Act as our internal expert on HR tools and systems, proactively experimenting with AI and automation to streamline workflows
Continuously look for a better way — whether that's redesigning a process or eliminating a manual task, you have the autonomy to make it happen
Work closely with the Head of People on people projects, compliance, and anything else that needs an extra pair of precise hands
You have experience in People Ops, preferably in a fast-growing or international organisation
You are genuinely excited about HR tech and AI, and you don't wait to be asked before experimenting with a better solution
You have hands-on experience with HRIS tooling and enjoy finding ways to improve how things work
